This issue focusses on all things learning – joint organisational learning in fact.

You will see the latest breakdown of where lessons are being submitted from (sector and regions) along with some of the actions we have taken and lots and lots of learning to share!

We know the App is not ideal for those who wish to review learning that has been published, and we are working on that – watch this space!

For now we hope this edition shows how useful it is to share our learning so we can continually improve what we do and avoid the same issues happening in other parts of the country.
